This is the second home I've built with Mastercraft. I like that they spend a lot of time in the early stages making custom changes to exactly how I wanted things in the house. Once the process started, I got weekly calls to be updated on was scheduled and what would be completed. When issues arose, they were upfront and quick to correct those issues. The building process went very smooth..and quick.. from digging the hole to the move-in date was right around 4 months. I'd recommend building a home with Mastercraft. It was competitively priced, quality work and a pleasurable experience."

We wanted to thank you for all of the help you provided in planning and implementing the building of our new home. You were always receptive to our calls (and visits) and helped us in every way possible. You have been great to work with and were always knowledgeable, responsive and willing to assist with the changes we made. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome; our home it is just want we have wanted. Not only is our home perfect for our family, but the Riverwoods neighborhood is the perfect location and setting for us. Having built three homes previously, we felt Mastercraft provided the best quality, location, and value and in our current economic market that is difficult to find!

We just love our new home & you made the transition from selling our old house & purchasing our new one very easy. Even through the couple of road blocks we had our salesperson & Mastercraft came through for us. You accommodated our needs above & beyond.
our salesperson was always very cheerful & upbeat which made it a pleasure to work with her. We hope to run in to you sometime during our walks in the neighborhood. Mastercraft was extremely helpful when I was shopping for a condo. Before I met Lisa I was looking at older condos because I didn't think I could afford a new build. When I toured the condo's here at Wyndcrest I thought they were perfect for me, but could I afford it? I told our salesperson about my concerns and she was able to work out a few numbers for me that showed I really could afford living here. She gave me information on where I could apply for loans and what to expect since I was a first time home buyer. She made the process very easy and smooth. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who is looking to buy a new home.

We are the new owners of a brand new condominium in the Fox Run community. We had a move-in date of Sept 1, 2005 and we ended up moving in July 29, 2005, which was a great surprise to us. The project went faster than they expected. While doing our walk thru with the detailer of the condominiums, which was done in a very professional manner, he was of the utmost help to us.
